She has supported individuals of all ages from diverse backgrounds to assist them with finding their 'voice' which has been silenced due to a range of life circumstances. This work includes addressing the needs of survivors of domestic violence; sexual/emotional trauma; and individuals that may be struggling with mental health challenges to include depression, anxiety, and impairments to self-esteem. Sheri is passionate about walking along side of individuals as they develop their vision to extend beyond the false limits of their past and/or present experiences. This allows them to heal through their pain releasing them to tap into vital elements necessary to embrace the evolution of becoming whole. Sheri utilizes an eclectic treatment approach to meet the individual, unique needs of each of her clients. Linda A. Lewter is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Imago Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, among others. Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia State University in Petersburg, VA, where she majored in Accounting. She then went on to do a Master of Arts degree in Counseling/Psychology from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. Linda lives in the Hampton Roads Virginia area. When Linda is not working, she likes to spend time at the beach, reading and spending time with family and friends.
